Between about 11:00 and 16:30 UTC, some parts of Chatwoot were slower than usual. Loading conversations and searching contacts were affected most. No data was lost, and messages were delivered as usual.

We traced the slowdown to a recent change and rolled it back. Response times are now close to normal. We will keep monitoring until performance is fully back to normal.
