Messaging for existing, already-connected WhatsApp inboxes continues to operate normally. However, customers may experience failures or degraded behavior when creating new Instagram or Facebook Messenger inboxes, sending Instagram messages, completing WhatsApp Embedded Signup, or managing some WhatsApp templates.
